Deadlift
Hang squat clean
Front squat
Strict press
Push press
Push jerk
Back squat
Overhead squat
Rest 1 minute

WOD w/partner
3 rounds:
60 double under
40 empty bar alternating lunge
20 T2B

Then
1 rope climb each

Then
3 rounds
10 pwr clean & Push jerk 135/95
15 C2B pull up
20 pistol

Then
1 rope climb each

Then
3 rounds
12 deadlift 135/95
18 box jump 30/24
24 bar facing Burpee

Then 1 rope climb

-this is all 1 workout for time. 1 partner working at a time, partition reps as they see fit.
