15 squat

Strength:
Back squat (15 minute cap)

5×5 @65%

Then:
EMOM x8
Odd: 8 body weight back squat
Even: 30 sec handstand hold

Conditioning:
7 minute AMRAP

7 T2B
14 wall ball 20/14

Extra: 100 situps for time
