Warmup: 1 lap Indian run, then 4 rounds of 5 burpees+ 1 length of room alternate bear crawl& crab walk

Strength/skill: clean and jerk
5-4-3-3-2-2-2-1-1…start around 50% and add weight gradually

WOD: 5 rounds
5 pull ups
10 MB sit ups
5 chin ups
20 MB lunges 20/14
