Strength:
Romanian Deadlift (RDL)
Warm up to 50% of deadlift 1RM, then…
5×8-10 RDL @ 50% of deadlift 1RM

WOD:
“The Chief”
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power cleans (135/95)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
