Teams of 3 will complete
333 each as fast as possible AND in as few rounds as possible

Sit ups
*Each athlete gets 1 attempt at unbroken reps per movement per round. Ex: KB stops moving or gets set down, you’re done. Rest on floor or on feet on burpees and you’re done. Stop moving at anytime on sit ups and you’re done.
All three team members will take a 2 & ½ lap together at the end for a “Victory Mile” in honor of Marine Staff Sgt Daniel Hansen. This combined mile run will also be the 1,000th and final rep of the WOD.
