Warm up:
3 rounds – 1/2 lap run, 10 kbs, 5 t2b, 1 wall climb

Strength:
Back squats – warm up to 70% then
3×5 @ 70%, 3×3@ 80%, 3×1 @ 90% 3 attempts at 1RM if possible

Wod:
14 RFT partners alternating movements
2 back squats @65%
6 box jumps
8 push ups

Extra work 3×20 kb 1 arm side bends
With max weight
