Short Burgener warm up for snatch

Strength
25 reps of the complex
1 split snatch & 2 oh lunges
Start around 40% and increase weight every 5 complexes

Partner WOD
10 rounds of:
• 3 Stone 2 shoulder
• 225/155 pound Deadlift, 6 reps
• 9 back squat 135/95
• 18 double under
