50 power cleans 135/95
run 800 meter (400 each partner at same time)
50 Front squats 135/95
run 800 meters backwards (400 m each partner)
50 Wall Balls 20/14
run 800 Meter forward (400 meter each partner)
50 S2OH 135/95
Run backwards 800 Meter (400 each partner)
Each athlete completes 50 meter wheel barrow walk (100 meter total)
Run 800 Meter forward (400 each partner)

Then…
100 partner med ball situps
