Warm up:
3 rds with pvc or empty bar
5 Snatch grip DL
5 hang snatch
5 overhead squat
5 squat snatch

Warm up to 65% of 1rm
Over head squat from floor
5 EMOM X 5

Buy in 800 Meter run
Then… 21-15-9, power snatch 95/65, lateral bar over burpee
Cash out 200 single jump rope
