Warm Up:
40 partner
ball slam
chest pass
wall ball

5 rounds
5 sumo deadlifts @ 75% immediately followed by 10 KB SDLHP (superset) –weight should be challenging, but able to be done ten in a row
10 push press 95/65
20 grass hopper push ups
50 low leg lifts
1 minute handstand hold
(60 sec. total, can be broken up into 3 sets of 20 second holds, or whatever works for that person)
Lateral plank walk down length of room and back
