Coaches choice

Strength
split class in half
then multiply the number of athletes on each team by 55
Teams will then compete to complete this many push ups the fastest, each athlete does not have to do exactly 55 the goal is for the team to reach the total.
3 minutes after the losing team finishes, use the same format for push press
3 minutes after the losing team finishes,
3 minute AMRAP of burpees, team with highest total wins.
