Snatch grip deadlift
8X3 Start @ 70% and increase up to 80% by last round

Strength 2
EMOM for 10
1 squat snatch + 1 OHS @ 75%
Or
1 Power snatch + 2 OHS @ 75%

WOD
Death by Hang power clean at 50 %
Start at 3 reps*
*if you make it 5 minutes you get minute 6 off
If you make it 5 more minutes you get minute 12 off
If you make it 5 more minutes you get minute 18 off
And so on….
