-1 Squat Clean + 2 Front Squat
-Every minute on the minute x 10 minutes, complete 1 squat clean + 2 front squats @ 70% of squat clean 1RM

WOD: (15 minutes)

-30 hang cleans (95/65)
-30 air squat
-30 ab mat sit-up

Extra:
Accumulate 4 minutes of any variation or variations of plank hold
3×20 reverse hypers on GHD
