Warm-up- 1 minute jump rope
The 4’s- 4 Rounds of 4 HSPU, 4 K2E, 4 KBS, 4 Box jumps
WOD- AIR FORCE
20 Thrusters 95/65 for all barbell movements
20 SDLHP
20 Push jerks
20 OHS
20 Front Squat
WOD begins with 4 burpees—followed by 4 burpees EMOM until completion of all reps/movements
** if class size is large and concern for depleted equipment—partner athletes and double reps of all barbell movements, keep 4 burpees (divide- each partner to complete 2 per minute).
