Warm-up (10-12 minutes):

40 partner wall-balls

15 banded good mornings

30 partner wall-balls

15 banded good mornings

20 partner wall-balls

15 banded good mornings

10 partner wall-balls

15 banded good mornings

Strength (20 minutes):

Deadlift:

* Warm-up to 80% of 1RM then….

* EMOTM (5 rounds) 3 @ 80%

WOD: 16 minute partner AMRAP

Partner A:

Run 1/2 lap

Partner B:

3 deadlift (135/95)

3 hang cleans (135/95)

3 push press (135/95)

**while partner A runs 1 lap, partner B completes 1 round of barbell movements. Switch once both completes their part**
