1600ish meter run (laps around the building divided any way) **1 person must plank hold the entire duration of the run.

20 wall balls each 20/14 (relay style)
40 unison situps (arms interlocked)
20 Pullups each (relay style)
40 unison KB swings 24/16
20 unison burpees
40 power cleans 135/95 (divided any way) *1 person must plank hold the entire time

**Relay style means that the person working has to tag out before starting reps.
