Then 2 rds burgenger warmup with empty bar
5 shoulder shrugs
5 elbow high and outside
5 muscle snatch
5 OHS
5 full squat snatch

Strength:
Shoulder press
5×10@50%1rm

WOD:
27-21-15-9
Power snatch 75/55
Box jump overs

Core: accumulate 4 minutes of plank hold
