5 push press
10 back squat
15 Good mornings

Strength:
5X8 back rack lunges 115/85
Superset
5 X Max push up unbroken after each set of lunges

WOD:

5RFT (22 minute cap)
2 wall climb
7 Deadlift 225/155
14 jumping lunge
1/2 lap run
**these movement reps should attempt to be unbroken.

Core: 100 situps for time
