Warm up- lots of stretching 12 minutes
Line work- high knees, butt kicks, karaoke, lunge stretch, side lunge, inch worms. Then 2 rounds 10 pvc pass through 10 scorpions 5 candle sticks (aka safety roll, small jump then roll down to your back feet in the air)

Strength – 15 minutes
50 deadlifts @ 50%

Wod 12-15 minute cap
Annie- 50 40 30 20 10
Double unders and sit ups
