Partner A-
2 Front squats @ 65% + 10 Dead lifts (same bar)
immediately pick up jump rope and start jumping

Partner B-
When A begins jumping-
10 Sit up
8 Jump squat
6 T2B
1 Inverted burpee
Switch and repeat!
