Thursday 4/28/16 Happy NFL Draft Day!

Warm-up:
6 min. AMRAP

5 jumping pull up
10 push ups
15 squat

Strength: (20 min.)
Warm up to 75% 1 RM Deadlift

Then…
5×3@75%

WOD:(25 min)

100 power snatch 75/55
***4 1/2 lap sprints (alternate 1/2 laps with partner relay style)
100 front squat 75/55
***4 1/2 lap sprints
100 push press 75/55

*split barbell reps evenly, alternate the 1/2 lap run in a relay fashion. Must high 5 partner!
