Grab an empty bar and a partner of a similar ability level
1)-Alternate through the following:
12 Curtis P’s each
12 Bear complex each
12 Back rack side lunge to thruster each

2)-stay with partner
3 x 12 snatch grip DL each
R1- 30%
R2- 40%
R3- 50%

3)-Return the bar weight to 40% immediately
combine for 30 squat cleans

4)-Immediatey drop bar weight to 30%
6 min AMRAP
partners alternate 5 back squats and 5 pull ups

5)-8 min AMRAP
partners alternate
3 clean pulls & 4 push up + 1 wall climb complex
