PVC OHS
Burpees

Strength (15-17 minutes):

Push Press:
Warm-up to 50% of 1RM

Then 50 reps @ 50% completed in as few sets as possible
WOD (18-20 minutes):

W/ a partner (working A,B,A – B,A,B, – etc.) complete the following for time:

15-12-9-6-3-3-6-9-12-15
Thrusters (95/65)
Box Jumps (30/24)
Ab-mat Sit-Ups
