Warm up:
2 rnds
5 burpee
5 hand stand kick ups
10 push ups
20 ring rows

Strength:

EMOM X 5
5 Strict shoulder press @75%, remaining time athlete must be used to plank hold.
For example, 5 strict press takes 20 seconds, the remaining 40 seconds the athlete must hold a plank.

WOD:
50 Double unders
40 Walking OH lunges w/plate 45/25
30 OTB Burpees
20 Star jumps
10 Deadlift 255/155
20 KBS 24/16
30 Box jumps
40 Sit-ups
50 Double unders
