Push jerk (10 minute running clock)

4@60%
4@70%
4@80%
Rest 2 minutes
Then 10 minute EMOM
4 push jerk @60%1RM

WOD:
13 minute AMRAP

Run 1/2 lap
5 squat clean

RX -185/115 or 75%1RM, whichever is heavier. Scale-155/105
