Tug of war
losing team members must do:
2 m-up/4 C2B/6 Pull up/8 Ring row
5 Clapping push up/8 Push up
to get back in. We will rotate teams every round

For classes of less than 10
6 min to Est 1RM clean (start w/ empty bar)
Immediately followed by
5 RFT
5 DL C-275/185, Rx-225/155, Sc-185/125
10 Burpee
