Then immediately following…
“Annie” 15 min cap.
50-40-30-20-10
Double Under
Sit-ups

Wod:
Partner chipper for time: 30 minute cap
**one person works at a time

120 jumping squats
150 KB swings comp.(32/24) Rx 24/16

20 4×10 meter partner carry (10 each)

100 overhead walking lunge steps with barbell
comp. (95/65) rx(75/45) scale(empty bar/pvc)

With remaining time or extra work if finished before cap athletes should work on their mobility.
