-F squat
-Sotz press
-Push press
-Push jerk
-Split jerk
-Back squat
-Pressing snatch balance
-Heaving snatch balance
-Snatch balance
-Drop snatch
-Muscle snatch
-Hi Hang snatch

CL&J (Work up to HAP)
5 Bar Facing Burpees
OTM 20 Minutes
