WOD
“Gridiron Grace”
4 “quarters”
Partners will combine on a full “Grace”
30 C&J 135/95
They will then head outside where they will take turns as QB and Receiver combining for 4 touchdown passes. Each score will be 40yds and the passes must be a minimum of 5,10,15,& 20 yards in the air. Upon catching the ball the receiver will sprint the remaining distance to the endzone. Dropped passes will = no reps but the 40yd sprint will still have to be completed. Defensive backs are encouraged to participate. The workout will be 4 rounds or quarters long.
