4 minutes of next level handstand training

Strength
Bench press off sand bags
10X2 for heaviest 2 each round
start working sets at about 85%

WOD
30 reps each of:
Wall ball
Clean pull 95/65
Box jump 24/20
Push press 95/65
Double under
Push up
then…
20 Body blasters
1 Body blaster = Burpee, Pull up, K2E

Extra
100 Sit all the way up
