Notes for the week of 2.2.2015

Monday- Rack Pin bench presses.
Tuesday- back squats followed by a death by OHS and pull ups.
Wednesday- Take some time to work on some skills and then grab a partner for the WOD.
Thursday- Row, Row, Row then teams will battle it out in Tug-o-War!
Friday- Bear complex then FRIDAY NIGHT THROW DOWN RETURNS!
