Notes for 8.25-8.31

Great job last week VCF! We had the most visits in one week since January!!! Keep up the awesome attendance! Our first Sunday of being open was a success with a number of you getting a workout in. Remember, it’s just $20 for full members to have additional open gym access.

This week shapes up like this…..
-Monday- 2 stage upper body strength & a 4 round WOD + abs
-Tuesday- Jumping for strength and Olympic lifting in WOD + abs
-Wednesday- Skills of your choice and a partner AMRAP of movements that you may not be so familiar with. Atlas stones anyone?
-Thursday- Conditioning in place of strength and a 5 round WOD
-Friday- Box squats for strength and a descending ladder WOD
