Monday- Don’t forget your rope climbing socks! Tuesday- Upper body followed by a partner 10 RFT with the atlas stones Wednesday- variation of the back squat and another partner WOD Thursday- Ringing in the New Year with a fun New Years surprise Friday- Strict press mixed followed by push ups.
