This week we will be doing something different with the classes. It is a format that I have been wanting to try for some time. Now I know that people, in general, don’t like change but I can assure you that I am doing this with your best interests in mind.
Every class this week will have a new level of intensity, and an extremely fast pace. There will be no room for error and the coaches will be under added pressure to bring you this new format so please:
Be on time
Be ready to go when you arrive
We will not do the standard “warm up, strength, WOD” routine at all this week. EVERYTHING will be done at WOD pace!!! Some days will have up to 7 different workouts, and we will never rest for more than 2 minutes.
Again, it’s an experiment that I’ve been wanting to try for awhile, and we will see how it goes. I wouldn’t be doing it if I didn’t expect it to be awesome.
