Warm-up- 2 minute jump rope
3 Rounds- walking OH lunges with PVC (10m), 5 K2E, 10 push-ups, 15 squats.

Skill- Muscle-up progression (teach strict-ish work on low rings with dip)

WOD 1- Randy 75 Snatch @ 75/55
WOD 2- 5 minute AMRAP 5 Pull ups, 5 HSPU’s
